Who We Are

Harmonia, or harmony, is Greek for unity both within one’s self and in relationship with others.

Harmonia Counseling Group
is a collaboration of mental health professionals qualified to address a broad range of psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social challenges.

All of our clinicians are trained for the optional integration of Catholic Christian faith-based counseling.

Our Services

  • Anxiety, Stress, & Depression

Persistent feelings of worry and crippling fear; physical and emotional reactivity to threatening situations; pervasive sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest.

  • Trauma

Painful experiences can negatively impact thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

  • Emotional Regulation

What are emotions? How do I feel them rather than suppress or repress them? How do I express them well? How do I use emotions to connect with others?

  • OCD & Scrupulosity

Fear-based, persistent, intrusive, repetitive thoughts and accompanying behaviors. These are time-consuming, cause distress, and interfere with daily life and relationships.

  • Marital & Relational Distress

Unmet attachment needs and fears drive negative patterns of behaviors, thoughts, and emotions, leading couples to experience emotional and sexual disconnection.

  • Attachment Wounds

Unmet needs for comfort, closeness, and security in early childhood manifest as difficulties with trust, intimacy, emotional regulation, and connection with others.

  • Pornography Addiction

Overcoming pornography use restores our freedom to love, promotes emotional maturity, reduces anxiety and depression, increases self-esteem, and leads to stronger relationships.

  • Identity & Shame

When we lack the felt experience of our goodness and worth, we experience deep-seated feelings of insecurity and inadequacy that undermine our true flourishing.
